Our program works with people to overcome financial and networking barriers keeping them from finding fulfilling careers in the construction industry. Participants receive:
Trade Pathways supports people to build careers in the trades. If there is a trade job in Alberta that offers apprenticeship, we work with that employer to secure employment for applicants. They get the tools and training they need to build their career.

Phoenix
Roofers work up on the roof of both commercial and residential buildings. They affix waterproof protective coverings on flat and sloped roofs.
Carpenters work with a variety of tools and building materials. They are responsible for building and repairing structures.
Glaziers fabricate and install glass and aluminum systems throughout commercial and residential buildings.
We are an Alberta-wide organization, working with both industry and community partners across the province to secure safe and reliable work placements for Albertans facing barriers to a career in construction.
