Join our upcoming hiring event to learn more about opportunties - February 2nd & 14th at Shaw Conference Center
We believe everyone deserves an equal opportunity to succeed in the construction industry.

Work in the Trades

Trade Pathways supports people to build careers in the trades.  We work with employers across Alberta who offer apprenticeship opportunities. Once applicants secure employment, we ensure they get the tools and training they need to build their career.

More about our program and its benefits
“Being a Trade Pathways participant has made such a great impact on my work and personal life. From helping me with any tickets to helping with transportation, [Trade Pathways] was such a big help.”
Phoenix
Roofing

Roofers work up on the roof of both commercial and residential buildings. They affix waterproof protective coverings on flat and sloped roofs.

Carpentry

Carpenters work with a variety of tools and building materials. They are responsible for building and repairing structures.

Glazing

Glaziers fabricate and install glass and aluminum systems throughout commercial and residential buildings.

Employer and Community Driven

We are an Alberta-wide organization, working with both industry and community partners across the province to secure safe and reliable work placements for Albertans facing barriers to a career in construction.
